Marcelo Joulia was born in Cordaba, Argentina in 1958. Registered as an architect and urban planner in France since early 1990s, Marcelo has gone on to worldwide acclaim with numerous awards for his great achievements in the interior architecture field, including "Album de la Jeune Architecture", First Prize of International Design New York, Biennale of Architecture Venice, First Prize of International Architecture New York, First Prize of European Architecture Amsterdam, Etoile de L'Observateur du Desin Paris, Prix du Janus and many other international renowned accomplishment. In 1999, Marcelo received the very prestigious title of «Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres» by the French Ministry of Culture. Founder of Naço Architectures Paris in 1991, Naço Shanghai in 2005 and Naço Buenos Aires in 2008.
